Cyber4Dev sponsored the attendance of representatives from Botswana, Mauritius and Sri Lanka at a FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams) event on “Incident Response for Policymakers” in Estonia on January 2019. A study visit was arranged around the visit during which delegates had the opportunity to visit the e-Estonia Showroom and meet with senior representatives from RIA (the Estonian Information Systems Authority), the Cybercrime Bureau of the Estonian Police and Border Guards, the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, the Cyber Defence Unit of the Estonian Defence League and Clarified Security.
