Building collaborative networks engenders increased cyber resilience across the world.
Recent industry surveys on the impact of the COVID19 pandemic have unearthed an unlikely opportunity that has arisen in the ‘up-tick’ of organisations who choose to collaborate closely on subjects of mutual concern; this phenomena is very evident in the collegiate way that Cyber4Dev has been able to extend our work in the Americas in particular. Over the past few months we have been pleased to broaden our reach to Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Ecuador through working with leading organisations in the region, including the Organization of American States (OAS), Ministries of Foreign Affairs and EU Delegations in their respective territories.
Since March, through online training, we have to date been able to support over 400 individuals from a variety of backgrounds on a variety of Cyber related courses, from managing disinformation through to the most technical of Cyber matters. Through working collaboratively with our network, we have been able to support CSIRT teams to build their capacity, test maturity and identify areas of vulnerability for improvement.
Throughout the pandemic, we have been proud to be able to continue to work with our colleagues throughout the world to empower their capability to tackle the ever complex cyber environment that they now operate in.
Thank you to all our partners for the opportunity to work with you creatively and collaboratively to build cyber resilience.
